Our services

Acceptance of Terms:
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the cybersecurity services (“Services”) provided by FINDBUG SHPK (“Company”). By engaging with our Services through our website or direct communication, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided:
Company delivers specialized cybersecurity solutions including but not limited to: Penetration Testing, Security Audits, Infrastructure Hardening, Cyber Hygiene Training, Threat Intelligence, and Crowd-Sourced Vulnerability Testing.

License and Access:
FINDBUG SHPK grants clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access deliverables and security reports provided through engagements. All content remains the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.

Property rights

Payment Terms:
All payments for Services are due as specified in individual agreements or invoices. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

Confidentiality:
We treat all client data and project information as confidential. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or share any proprietary data received through our Services without written consent.

Limitation of Liability:
Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of such possibilities.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to misuse our Services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
• Unauthorized access or attempts to breach systems or networks
• Disrupting the integrity, availability, or performance of our Services
• Uploading malware, malicious scripts, or harmful code
• Using our Services for unauthorized testing or reconnaissance of third-party assets
• Violating any applicable laws or infringing intellectual property rights

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without refund.

Services management

Third-Party Tools:
Certain services may integrate third-party technologies (e.g., EDRs, SIEMs, or vendor APIs). Company is not responsible for the performance or failures of these external tools.

Termination:
Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be settled within 15 business days.

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Pristina, Kosovo.

Changes to Terms:
Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
